About Us

Sri Radha Krishna Sweets is a family-run sweet shop in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, serving traditional Indian sweets and savouries since 2009. From our shop near the Clock Tower in VRC Centre, we prepare laddus, Mysore pak, kaju katli, milk sweets and savouries fresh every dawn, the traditional way.

This website — order.sriradhakrishnasweets.com — is our official online ordering service. Every order placed here is prepared at the same shop and either delivered locally or kept ready for pickup at the counter. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each product; any delivery fee is displayed clearly before you place the order. Payments are accepted online by UPI, or in cash/UPI on delivery or pickup.

Terms & Conditions

• This website is an ordering service of Sri Radha Krishna Sweets ("we", "our shop"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices and availability may change without notice; the price shown at the time of ordering applies.
• An order is confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement or refund for that item.
• Our sweets are prepared fresh and have a short shelf life. Please consume within the period we advise at delivery/pickup.
• Product photos and tile colours are illustrative. Weight-based items may vary slightly (±5%) from the ordered weight.
• We may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, unserviceable addresses, or suspected misuse — any amount already paid will be fully refunded.

Delivery & Pickup Policy

• We deliver within our local service area. After you place an order, we confirm the delivery time on WhatsApp — usually same day or next day.
• Delivery is free above the amount shown at checkout; any delivery fee is displayed before you place the order.
• Pickup orders can be collected at the shop counter once we confirm they are ready on WhatsApp.
• Please ensure someone is available at the address. If delivery fails twice due to wrong address / no response, the order may be cancelled (perishables cannot be re-delivered later).

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Sweets and savouries are perishable food items — returns are not accepted once delivered or picked up, as a matter of food safety.
• We will gladly replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing. Report it on WhatsApp +91 76660 56501 within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with a photo of the item and packaging.
• Cancellation: you may cancel free of charge on WhatsApp any time before your order is dispatched (or before preparation starts for large/custom orders). Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Refund method & time: prepaid amounts (UPI / online) are refunded to the same account within 5–7 working days. For pay-on-delivery orders, approved refunds are made by UPI.
• Gift boxes and bulk/festival orders confirmed with an advance follow the cancellation window we agree on WhatsApp at the time of booking.

Privacy Policy

• We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, optional map location, and order notes.
• These details are sent to us through WhatsApp when you place your order, and are used solely to prepare, deliver, and support your order.
• We never sell or share your information with anyone except the delivery person handling your order.
• Payments: we do not see or store your card/UPI credentials. Online payments are processed entirely by your UPI app or our payment gateway; we only receive a payment confirmation.
• Your cart is saved only in your own browser (local storage) — it never leaves your device until you place an order.
• To have your data corrected or deleted, message us on WhatsApp and we will do so.
